If a seller fails to list his items completely, the seller is responsible for any surcharge resulting from shipping or other handling services due to the incomplete listing. DMbase.com reserves the rights to deactivate any product with incomplete listing at any time and without any prior notice.

PAYMENT PROCESSING
If you are a vendor or seller, be aware that there is a payment processing and handling fee of 1.8% of your product price on every product sold.

All products listed on dmbase.com must be located in Nigeria. Products may be viewed in different currencies on dmbase.com. In addition to other acceptable Payment Methods on dmbase.com, any buyer who has legitimate PayPal account can purchase items from dmbase.com but delivery must be to Nigerian addresses only.

All materials including graphics, logos, button icons, audio or video clips, images, digital downloads is the property of dmbase.com or its vendors or suppliers and protected by the Copyright and Trademarks rights in Nigeria.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from dmbase.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract between the Shipper and dmbase.com or subsidiaries of DMbase LLC. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
PAYMENT ON DELIVERY
Dmbase.com does not support payment on delivery. All items purchased at dmbase.com and the shipping cost if any must be paid in full prior delivery.
